Frequently Asked Questions

1. Does the studio price include an engineer?

Engineers are available for an additional fee of $30 per hour.

2. Where are you located?

We are located at 12028 Vose St, North Hollywood, CA.

3. Is there parking available?

A. Yes, each studio has one parking spot assigned to it. The assignments are as follows:

Miami - Spot 8

Versace - Spot 6

B. If you have other clients with you and they are bringing cars, they must park on the street. You can park on the street until 10pm due to city parking restrictions.  After 10pm, parking across the street in the parking lot is available.

4. Do you mix and master?

Yes. The price is different per project. Please call for more details.

5. Do you allow listening parties? 

Yes, please call for details. 

6. Can we smoke in the room?

Yes, smoking in rooms is permitted for an extra $45 fee if paid on the website, or $50 if paid in person.

7. Do our rooms have recording booths?

Each room has its own recording booth.

Ultrium Studios is not responsible for lost items, property or sessions after your session is complete and you leave.  Please make sure to take all belongings, property, sessions and files with you after you leave.  Also we aren't responsible for any damage to your property or deleted files or sessions after you depart the facility when your session is completed.  If you are booking sessions after midnight, they must be booked at least 6 hours prior to your arrival so your session can be set up properly.  Thank you very much.
